It’s been a wild ride to get here …
But in order to tell you about MY story … I need to start with HIS …
Meet John, my younger brother.
He was the original savage… a charming wiseass, a talented athlete, a brilliant mind, an honor roll student, an avid motorcycle rider, an animal lover, an adventurer + outdoorsman . He lived life on his terms, didn’t play by other people’s rules, and had the ability to make anyone smile. He was 25, happy, wild, young + free.
But in order to tell you about MY story … I need to start with HIS …

He lived life on his terms, didn’t play by other people’s rules, and had the ability to make anyone smile. He was 25, happy, wild, young + free.
But in order to tell you about MY story … I need to start with HIS …
On a beautiful Friday night in the spring of 2019, John was ripping on his motorcycle, when he was involved in a fatal accident that changed everything. I was devastated. It was unfathomable to me that my “little” brother would never get to see, do, and be all of the things he wanted, planned and dreamed of.
It was his tragic death that showed me just how short + precious life truly is.
It made me question everything + changed the entire trajectory of my life.
And in that instant, I knew I would never again spend my time doing things that suck my soul dry. It was the spark that ignited the flame inside me to LIVE BIG + settle for nothing less than a life filled with joy, magic + glimmers. It was John that taught me not to waste a single, precious moment waiting, dreaming, wishing… and instead to GET LIVING!
I’ve spent every day since honoring my brother’s adventurous spirit by living savagely for me, for him + for everyone else that no longer gets to. And I’m never looking back.

Three years after his accident, I quit teaching to create a life I’d only dreamed of living. A life on my terms, filled with adventure, travel, stoke, joy, and helping other women do the same.
And that’s how Savage Adventures (Savage Health LLC) was born. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to help women create full, magic filled lives.
I had the honor + privilege of helping dozens of women, like you, bet on themselves, go after their dreams, thrive inside their businesses, adventure more, see the world, reach for the stars, turn their dreams into reality + create the life they’ve been longing for.
My brother’s death inspired me, and hopefully you, to truly live – big, wildly, savagely. It was a heartbreaking reminder that our time on this beautiful planet is not permanent, and it’s certainly not guaranteed.
Through this tragedy, I’ve created a life where I get to lift women up, inspire them to bet on themselves, encourage them to see the world, thrive in their businesses + create memories to last a lifetime. HOW LUCKY AM I?! Some serious *pinch me* energy
